How long does shipping take?

Average shipping time to the USA: 7–13 days.
Average shipping time to the UK, the Netherlands, and Australia: 7–15 days.
Average international shipping time: 10–25 days (depending on the country).
Uncontrollable factors (such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, our carriers may occasionally encounter exceptional circumstances or delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date; the carrier is responsible for any delivery delays or issues, though we will investigate the matter.

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking becomes available once the product has shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address?
Yes, but there is a very short window (2 hours) during which you can cancel or modify your order before it ships. The fastest way to request a cancellation is to email service@pausees.live.
